Next to each listed product there is an "Add to cart" icon. Clicking on it adds the selected product to your cart, and if that is the only product you wish to purchase, select the cart icon in the top right corner of the screen. You will then see two options: "Checkout" and "View Cart". If you have finished shopping, you may select "Checkout".
By clicking the cart icon in the main menu, you can check the contents and total value of selected products at any time, and choose to continue browsing or proceed to checkout.
Selecting "Checkout" will display a page where you must enter delivery details (name, surname, address, phone number, email address) and choose a payment method.
The checkout process first guides you through entering delivery address details and payment method, followed by verification of the address and total amount to be charged.
The procedure then varies depending on the selected payment method.
Direct Bank Transfer (BACS)
After submitting your details, you will receive an email regarding product availability and payment instructions. Orders are reviewed during business hours on working days, so orders sent outside these hours will be handled on the next working day.
The confirmation email will confirm product availability and provide payment details (IBAN, reference number, payment description, amount) for completing the transfer.
Once payment is visible in our account, ordered products will be sent to you by post within 3 business days.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
With cash on delivery selected, upon receiving your order we will contact you by telephone to verify and confirm the order. The ordered products will then be dispatched to your delivery address. Products are sent cash on delivery, with payment due upon package handover.
