\nTerms and Conditions\n<\/h1>

\nThe Buyer is obliged to check for any damage upon taking delivery of the goods and immediately report it to the delivery courier who delivered the goods, or refuse to accept a package that shows external damage. The Buyer is obliged to sign the delivery note or return receipt upon taking over the goods, which the courier service takes as proof of takeover.\n<\/p>

\nCosts incurred by the return of a shipment due to untimely pickup shall be borne by the Buyer.\n<\/p>

\nThe goods are insured against loss in transit, and if the Buyer does not receive any information or delivery notification after 14 days from placing the order, they must notify the Seller so that actions can be taken to locate the shipment or send a replacement.\n<\/p>

\nIn most cases, delivery will be carried out within 3 to 5 business days after payment confirmation or receipt of cash on delivery order confirmation, except for islands and locations with special delivery schedules.\n<\/p>

\nNonokai (hereinafter Nonokai) reserves the right not to deliver goods based on orders with incomplete or inaccurate data, as well as orders where delivery cannot be executed.\n<\/p>

\nOnce the payment is recorded, the Buyer receives a notification in electronic form and the shipment is dispatched.\n<\/p>

\nExceptionally, when selecting cash on delivery payment, the product is dispatched after telephone or email confirmation of the order.\n<\/p>

\nAll prices include VAT.\n<\/p>

\nConclusion and termination of the sales contract<\/b>
\n<\/b>The subject of the Contract is the purchase of selected products or services through the web shop www.hendrixmost.com<\/a>\n<\/p>

\nThe Contract enters into force from the moment the user accepts the offer and completes the ordering process.\n<\/p>

\nPursuant to the Consumer Protection Act, the user may unilaterally terminate the Contract within 14 days without stating reasons.\n<\/p>

\nTo exercise the right to unilateral contract termination, the user must notify us of their decision before the expiry of the deadline by an unequivocal statement sent by mail or email, stating name, address, telephone number, and order details.\n<\/p>

\nConfirmation of receipt of the notice of unilateral contract termination will be delivered to you electronically without delay.\n<\/p>

\nThe deadline for unilateral termination is 14 days from the day on which the goods that constitute the subject of the contract were handed over to the user or a third party designated by the user.\n<\/p>

\nIf the user unilaterally terminates the Contract, we will refund the money received from them, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day we received the termination decision.\n<\/p>

\nThe refund will be executed using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; the user incurs no fees as a result of such refund.\n<\/p>

\nWe may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until proof of having sent back the goods has been provided, whichever is earlier.\n<\/p>

\nThe user must return the goods to us without undue delay, and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which communication of the contract termination was sent.\n<\/p>

\nIn the event of unilateral contract termination by the user, the direct costs of returning the goods must be borne by the user.\n<\/p>

\nIn the event of unilateral contract termination, the user is responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.\n<\/p>

\nWe are liable for material defects in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Obligations Act.\n<\/p>

\nThe Buyer is obliged to bear the direct costs of returning the goods themselves if exercising the right to unilateral termination, and if goods cannot be returned by standard mail in the normal manner, the Buyer must also bear the direct return shipping costs.\u00a0\n<\/p>
